  • On April 12th, 2011, the public welfare forest project of NPO-Greenlife supported by Silan Group kicked off formally in Inner Mongolia Desert and Wulihu in Jinjiang.
  • On February 10th, 2011, 2011 “Expedition Festival' and Green Petrochemical Supply Chain Summit of Silan Group were held successfully, which issued “Green petrochemical supply chain strategy” for the first time.
  • On September 17th, 2010, Silan and Bayer held Bayer Material Science and Technology Seminar with “Longing for low-carbon and environmental friendly technology & Ecomagination for water-based materials” as the theme.
  • On July 29, 2010, Silan strategic seminar was held which defined the “one main body and two wings” strategy, elaborated the goal of creating a petrochemical supply chain for “promoting green science and technology” and started green Silan plan.
  • On July 18th, 2010, Fujian Silanxif Plastic Chemical Co., Ltd. and Saudi Basic Industry Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in Saudi Arabia Pavilion of Shanghai World Exposition and established a long-term cooperation relation.
  • On January 5th, 2009, Fujian Silanxif Plastic Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded.
  • On December, 2008, the employee family building in Chendai Town was completed and available for living with total building area of 7000m2.

  • Fair for I In 2008, the opening ceremony of Silan business building was held in commercial zone of headquarter in Jinjiang, which indicated that the Group will have its own office building in the future.
  • In 2008, Ayan Kindergarten Building and the Elderly Association Building funded by Silan Group were put into construction in Huatingkou Village of Chendai Town and were delivered in December, 2008.
  • In 2007, Chengdu Silan Trade Co., Ltd. was established.
  • In 2007, Fujian Jinjiang Import and Export Co., Ltd. became the first large-scale trading enterprise in Quanzhou City which owns Operating License for Hazardous Chemicals, Warehousing License and Transportation License.
  • In 2007, the first SL Fund Forum was held successfully and some employees were granted with Special Incentive Award of SL Fund.
  • In 2007, the Group contributed RMB 500 thousand in Ji Liangsheng’s Mao Zedong-style Calligraphy Exhibition in Memory of Chairman Mao and Donation Activity for Education of the Youth.
  • In 2007, Dongguan Qingrong Trade Co., Ltd., a jointly funded enterprise, was founded.
  • In 2007, the annual year-end meeting was held successfully and the annual operation goal plan for 2008 was formulated.

  • On December 2nd, 2006, Silan strategic seminar was held successfully in Shiniushan Mountain Parkland, Dehua County, Quanzhou City.
  • In June, 2006, the Group was honored as the advanced organization by the first national economic census leading group of People’s Government of Jinjiang City.
  • On January 15th, 2006, Jinjiang Import and Export Co., Ltd. of the Group ranked in the second place (following Fujian Oil Refinery) according to the statistics of total import and export trade amount in Quanzhou in 2005 by Quanzhou Customs.
  • On January 5th, 2006, Wuli warehouse & logistics zone A of the Group’s logistics center was completed and put into operation.
  • On August, 2005, Fujian Silan Asset Operation Co., Ltd. was agreed to be established by management of the Group and then put into operation.
  • On August 26th, 2005, Quanzhou Silan Bonded Logistics Co., Ltd. jointly established by Fujian Silan Group and Quanzhou Harbor Group was approved by Quanzhou Customs.
  • On April 19th, 2005, foundation ceremony of Lanfeng Urban Garden (a real estate project) was held and some national, provincial or municipal leaders and Henry SY, chairman of Philippine SM Group presented.
  • On March 25th, 2005, Lanfeng Urban Garden (a real estate project) successively passed acceptance check by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC as the first “National Comfortable Housing Demonstration Project” in Quanzhou City.
  • In 2004, Fujian Lanfeng Leather Co., Ltd. and Lanfeng Real Estate Co., Ltd. were established and the group and large-scale system tendency unveiled itself.
  • In 2003, Silan Group acquired Jinjiang Municipal Import and Export Co., Ltd. (first letter of credit of Silan) and Ankai Shoe Company was established, and Silan Group began to develop itself as an export-oriented company with various functions and businesses.
  • In 1996, Silan Group was established and the operation was set on the right track.
  • In 1993, Silan Building was completed and Haisilan Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd. was founded which laid a solid foundation for development of Silan in the future.
  • In 1986, Mingang Chemical Operation Division was established and the great undertaking of Silan began.
