Brief Introduction of Public Welfare Forest Project of Silan Group

Silan Group realized the social responsibility of environmental protection shouldered by enterprises by action.

In order to have a good plan of each greening land and ensure the tree survival rate, Silan established a greening company exclusively to undertake the greening work and the greening work showed its achievement. Until now, Silan has planted trees carrying the hope of Silan in reservoir in Silan Industrial Park, Quanzhou Export Processing Zone, Silan Golf Club, Baxianshan Park, Shaolin Temple and the like.

For a better enhancement of the idea of environment protection and advance in green public welfare, Silan Group became the first private-owned enterprise cooperating with “NPO-GreenLife” in February 2011, offered assistance in the Combating Desertification Project in Ulanbuh Desert of Inner Mongolia, jointly realized the plan of growing 1000mu welfare trees to combating desertification and established Silan bases of Haloxylon forest.
