Silan will provide trainings for its employees from time to time and help its employees to plot out the future through the trainings which are integrated with practical works.

Training

1. Pre-post training

In order to get acquainted with the environment and conduct business, new employees should attain the pre-post training held by HR Department. The enterprise profile, operation philosophy, organization structure, personnel and welfare policy, job responsibility and duties, and etiquette will be provided in the training.

2. Profession training

Each department will prepare the annual training plan according to its business or responsibilities and carry out professional skill or special skill training. These trainings integrate on-the-job training and short-time off-job training and closely relate to practical works with the aim of helping employees to become the expert in the department or the field.

3. Specific short-term training

To broaden the horizon of senior management, further improve their management skill and promote the internal and external communication of the enterprise, Silan will select and send some senior management to receive specific short-term training in relevant institutions at home or abroad at appropriate time.

4. Seminar

According to the different business development needs at different stages, Silan will invite professionals at home and abroad to hold seminars in terms of the latest trends and research results of certain kinds of business and management, from which you will continue to learn new knowledge and improve your management and professional skills.

5. Work shift within the Group

For employees who work in Silan for a long time or take job in other places for Silan or held position of department manager or above, Silan will provide opportunities for them to work in other subsidiary enterprises or organizations in order to have a deeper understanding of the operation of Silan, promote the communication with other enterprises and improve the management ability on the whole.

Promotion Mechanism

1. Silan encourages employees to be dedicated, cooperated and innovative. The company provides promotion and developing opportunities to the employees who are dedicated, highly motivated and innovative with excellent performance and skills.

2. If an employee are assessed as “good” or above in the annual assessment for two years in a row, the employee might enjoy the opportunity to be promoted and his/her salary might be increased correspondingly.
